Response targets

These are targets, not contractual guarantees. App Footprint Auditor is free and is built by a very small operation; promising an enterprise SLA we could not honour would be worth less to you than an honest number.

Business days are Monday to Friday, UK time, excluding public holidays. In practice most messages get an answer sooner than this.

Reporting a security issue

Email [email protected] with “security” in the subject. Please report privately first rather than publicly, and you will get an acknowledgement within one business day. If you have found something real you will be credited, unless you would rather not be.

Availability

There is no uptime commitment from us, because there is nothing of ours to be up. The app runs entirely inside Atlassian’s infrastructure on Forge — we operate no servers, no database and no API in the path. Its availability is Atlassian’s, and you can see it at status.atlassian.com.

This website is separate from the app. If unusedapps.com is down, the app keeps working.

What we can and cannot help with

We can help with: installing or removing the app, understanding a finding, a finding you believe is wrong, an error on screen, and anything about what the app reads or stores.
We cannot help with: Jira itself, your Atlassian bill, or other vendors’ apps — including whether one of them is safe for you to cancel. That judgement is yours and your team’s, and the app is explicit that its findings are a shortlist rather than a verdict.
A finding you think is wrong is the most useful thing you can send us. The app cannot report anything back to us, so a false positive is invisible unless a human tells us about it.

Cost and continuity

The app is free, permanently. If it is ever discontinued, existing installations keep running — they live inside your own Atlassian site, not on our infrastructure — and notice will be posted here. Your renewal-cost data is yours and can be exported from the app at any time.
